Born on November 21st, 1992 in Brixen.
Through high school, in summer and during the weekends as well, I gained my first experiences in the hospitality industry as commis.
After the baccalaureate in the language high school, I decided to continue my experience in the hospitality industry.
In so doing, I worked in the Traubenwirt restaurant in Brixen and this represented the beginning of my training in the service by attending the local hotel school Emma Hellenstainer.
Thanks to a friend, I developed an interest in wine. Thus, I decided to attend a sommelière course and 2017 I obtained my diploma.
Recently, I also completed my training as
maître’D and bar, my last challenge according to my slogan “Never say never!”
Yes, because the desire to improve myself and to learn does never leave me.
Since February 2020, I am working as sommelière at the
Gourmetstube Einhorn and I am so thankful for this great opportunity.
Matching excellent culinary delicacies with the right wine is an amazing challenge and I learn something new every day!
Every time, wine is for me a
journey of discovery. Each wine tells its story and I consider it engaging and a precious enrichment as well!
