From young talent to star chef

Already during his apprenticeship, this young, talented South Tyrolean attracted attention. The “diamond in the rough”, Peter Girtler, refined his skills in the best kitchens in Tyrol, before he took over the sceptre in Stafler’s gourmet restaurants.
