We at Stafler place particular value on sustainability and thus on the resources that nature can still give us. Respect for animals and their environment, a strong connection to our land, an absolute rejection of the throwaway culture and packaging - these are our values that accompany us in practice every day and that we wish to pass on to our guests. The free use of all public transport for our guests thanks to the Guest Card avoids the use of private cars and thus air pollution. We offer over 200 local South Tyrolean wines, including native, organic and Piwi varieties. For more than 50 years, we have been participating in the “Eisacktaler Kost” flavour weeks, with a focus on local products, producers and territoriality. For the love of nature!
